I think I read somewhere on your blog that you found a new printing place in China? Where do you go to print your books now? Will your second volume be slightly different than your first volume or is it still all the same kind of paper?

These books are printed in China; so was the first volume, it was just handled by a third party based in North America because I was not experienced enough to do it myself. The books are pretty much exactly the same unless you really try to feel the two pieces of paper at the same time, one on each hand. Even then you most likely won't be able to tell (even I can't tell)
