It's #VulnerableAnimalsWeek ! Day 1 - Africa/Dusty

It's my first time participating and I'm so excited to participate this art event that showcases endangered species as well as amazing artists! I chose the prompt "dusty" to pair with Africa because it instantly made me think of stardust and very fine sand and I thought it would be nice to have both in the same image. While searching for an inspiring animal I ran into the Saharan Cheetah and it felt perfect. I hadn't heard of it before and it seems to be a very mysterious and elusive creature. Almost like the desert ghost.

I'm not sure if I will get the full week done but I really want to because I love the list of animals and ideas I gathered for myself. I decided to go for a kinda loose style to make it quick and easy for me.
