Description
Crystalhide's project round 3: Spiritual Machines.Armed only with particle-disrupting staff and a shield projector powerful enough to stop railguns, the Druj force all opposition into melee combat. The 'head' is packed with keen sensors and ECM suites, rendering sneak attacks ineffective.
He's also peace-loving and tame....what's that red splatter at the corner? Must be new kind of oil.
Loosely based on Hindi deities and asceticism, I feel i didn't capture the theme well enough. Also the stiff stance.. ugh. It's done anyway. Pre-work doodles here .

well the blood trail would be a dead give-away, but also I am referring to his/her/it's three (or maybe four) faces which implies a schizophrenic and maniacal kind of character....perhaps horror is too specific a word though....it just seemed like it would fit into that sort of apocalyptic "robots gone bad" world.

Thanks cole! Eh what, horror? I've been told by some that this guy is kinda creepy, but it kinda eludes me actually XD. Is it the (nonexistent) eyes? Or that he had a little too many faces?

besides that I think its amazing, it almost gives your a great history, even the odd way it's holding the staff....

well I thought I wasn't working optimal enough, so the result is kinda rushed and forced, but I guess I'm good enough to stop myself from putting mouths at those faces lol. and the odd fingers is a bit whimsical isn't it? (i was running out of time, it also explains the white background XD)

it does? well, not those full and lavish but rather some mood-setting colors or little graphics (but white seemed okay huh?). I'll try to work better next time!
