My first thought when I saw it was an atomic explosion ( although that probably says more about my state of mind!). I really like the colour palette set you have used and the almost dust like affect the cloud swirls have created, a nice stark contrast to the tree itself.

Looking at this again, I keep seeing a face in the clouds - the nose and the mouth. Lovely piece, both dynamic (the red) and peaceful and dreamlike (the clouds).
