👍: 0 ⏩: 1

oddballoffun In reply to sentimentalfreak [2007-03-12 12:45:36 +0000 UTC]

... yes! supprisingly, i would. i think it would be awesome dug into the side of a cliff in the amazon, but it would have to have windows.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

sentimentalfreak In reply to oddballoffun [2007-03-12 16:52:01 +0000 UTC]

windows eh I never actually got that far into the idea, I actually never even thought about people(or aliens hehe) living in them until someone suggested it.

They were just fronds, like you would see on a fern... just bigger.. and a different color.. and different texture - so yes, they would be great in the amazon, any ferny rainforest

I overgrown old rainforests

sentimentalfreak In reply to oddballoffun [2007-03-13 09:05:08 +0000 UTC]

have heard of all those places, hehe.. nimbin.. hehe.. anyway..... you're lucky I used to live in the country but moved to melbourne, it sucks, I miss the country towns

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

oddballoffun In reply to sentimentalfreak [2007-03-13 09:23:48 +0000 UTC]

lol country towns are not very fun. the smaller the place the less tolerant people are, and it bugs me. but i dont think i could live in sydney or melbourne... not enough trees for me. brisbane is ok though. im hoping to move there, but i could never be too far away from my beloved rainforests they get stuck in your head.

sentimentalfreak In reply to oddballoffun [2007-03-13 12:28:03 +0000 UTC]

"the smaller the place the less tolerant people are" yeah that is true, sad but true. I remember the huge difference in my school classes when I moved. In the country town there was only like 2-3 ppl that weren't white out of a school of 1000, then when I moved here I was the only white dude in most classes which really was a nice change

oddballoffun In reply to sentimentalfreak [2007-03-13 12:39:24 +0000 UTC]

yeah its like that at my old school too. and even some of the teachers would make racist comments, if you complained then you were being "a nazi" or "too prude" or something of the like. it used to piss me off alot.

How did you do the scratches? Did you use a stock?

Oh, and by the way, the Artwork is brilliant. Freaky and abstract, yet totally awesome.
