Description Color waves and the potential of pandemic encroachment upon humanity.
Those who've studied my color codes will understand that probably more readily.
Beyond that, I leave it to you to enjoy or not.

I've never study your color coding but I've always appreciated the few images of yours not only for the color, but for the textures that you create. I feel real emotion coming from this deviation.

ah, one more (black humour) thing...
we've invented a slogan to fit the pandemic...
"H5N1. check-mate."
I hope the reference ain't too obscure

ps. if I ever write that cyberpunk book, I'll harass the publisher to buy the artwork, THIS artwork from you for the cover... or at least a tiny piece of it... a 100x100 insertion would kill, too

I hope that you DO write the book, I would like to read that.
Hey even short stories are good too!

i could look at that for a long, long, long. long. time. totally swept away. you've done it again, Senno. do the kids call you Senno? they should.

Ah thanks.

Hmmm, I had a reply but lost it.
So here is the recap. Nope, but that is a cool name.

Senno is a town in Belarus.
Also it is used in the phrase "quel senno, quella prudenza, quella gravita che conviene all'uomo savio' ('that wisdom, that prudence, that gravity necessary to the wise man')", so that might be something.
Finally, Hiromi Senno is the name of the actress that played Fujiko in the 1980s TV show "Shogun".

So there ya have it. More useless trivia.

"wisdom"

somehow this has the same quality you find in some of those zen calligraphy drawings, the ones that capture shards of time.. a fish changing directions in a stream, wrens splashing in the shallows, or drifting mist... glimpses of something vast, alive, only this instead of seeming tranquil appears discordant.. like an fm station at the edge of reception.. or a sub routine glitching in failed mimicry of natures true chaos, a last fleeting ditch of static,. incandescent blue fading through orange into violet.. then dark.
or something like that.

I think you sum up a good amount of this in a far more poetic way than I could.
And the words described the moods uncannily.
I appreciate the viewage!

I think ~asphalt-resistance got that right about your being the digital art deity around here. Though I'd rather call you the "digital art demon" after seeing this. Hell of a piece. (Sorry, couldn't resist)

It feels like a counterpiece to your "Botanica" works - very urban, maybe even sci-fi (I was thinking "Blade Runner" when I first saw it). It's quintessentially modern, but the theme is ancient - it's the Tsunami and Katrina, but it's also the biblical Flood. Humanity between nature and modern urban culture, and all that stuff. I wish it was bigger so I could study some of the details.

To me, this is among the best stuff you've ever done.

Hey, thanks.
That is a great analysis and it is great to see people understanding.
This type is so close to my heart. Bladerunner, that is excellent.
The whole, cyberpunk initiative is deeply ingrained, not so much a result of the exposure to the Pop culture artifacts ( though that IS a part) but mroe having just grown up exposed to a surreal mix of the Natural and the Mechanicl.

This one is smaller, 16x6 full sized. It is also one of my favs.
I really appreciate the input.

You viewing it helps to complete the final result of the work.
The role here of the viewer is a vital one.
