2011 Critique me? please?
Enlarged as it seems to be unnoticeable XD There is a reason I put it in all those groups XD while I'm still working on it, I'd appreciate any and all tips that could help me reach better results.... And thanks to all who would agree to help!
Original colors | Light colorization
Drawn when I was at ~MoonBirth 's place and couldn't work on my commissions. It's not finished yet, but I plan to finish it only after I'm done with my commissions, so I decided to upload the WIP for now (since I'm not sure when I'll be finished with them).
Traditional lines, colorization via Photoshop.
Gosh, this is so different from everything else I have in my gallery
I see a huge MMORPG level-up sprite above me right now O_O I'm really stunned by my own results.Seriously, I hate my gallery now. all my works suck ass...
When I'm done with the commissions Imma stop taking them for a while, and work on making more drawings for my gallery so that I won't feel so bad about it X_X

It began as face reference too, but then I decided to change the face
and I referenced from a magazine containing that pic, so technically my ref was bigger. this is what I managed to google >.>INFO:

This is amazing, I love the color, the picture mediates silence and reassurance, you are save in the land of this goddess which is supported by the beautiful color. Her branches/arms are arranged in a good balance and so the whole composition supports the feeling of peaceful rest - feeling which we all have in the forest..Awesome work! This could be wonderful put in a bigger picture - a forest scene f.e., great piece!

This piece is very creative and beautiful. You've done a great job with all of the tree and leave details. My only concern with this piece is that the face is completely blank. The eyes and mouth both seem very lifeless. Maybe this is on purpose because she's a tree? You don't have a backstory for her, so it's hard to determine if the face is on purpose or just happend that way... The hair also looks very good, I've always been more of a fan of bangs, but you do very well without them.
Overall, excellent work and I look forward to seeing more from you

I aimed for the expression the reference model had, which WAS a bit blank but, you're right, I didn't manage well. I'll edit it a bit more.

I actually like pencil art more than digital. Traditional art is quite hard to master....I stopped doing traditional art after I do digital art. Now I can't shade well using pencil~~~TT^TT

Hey! This is a really nice fantasy dryad or sprite as you said. Actually, it would be a bit better with the branch at her hip extending all the way (like panties! XD) and intertwining with another branch on her hip. I really love the crawling plants around her belly and chest - it makes her look young and frail. And you can create a silhouette line of light around her face (to highlight her profile and make it seem like the light is behind her).

I'm not sure I could pull off the "panty", though I still need to think of what to put in the below area (the original picture is reaching below her knees but I didn't finish that area so I cropped it). At first I thought of making it fully exposed but I'm not sure I want mature content :/ people don't bother looking at those.
I'll think about this idea, it sounds like a great one... just somewhat challenging 
And the silhouette idea also sounds great, but I'm pretty sure I don't have the skills for it, so I'm too afraid to try.

I am so in awe of your art.... I'm sorry, but it's just so above my level I can't manage to find anything to criticize. --Except, wait... is the body supposed to be in profile? Because I can see what looks like a breast next to the underarm, so unless she's intended to have multiple mammaries, something needs to be changed.

hmm, you have a point there. though, the reference image is slightly twisted to the viewer's side, so the chest is supposed to be that way, but I guess I didn't pull off the lower half of the body very well

Oh, you requestet critique....donΒ΄t find much to critisise but...the roots/skin-passage might be more "liquid" as it cames from under the skin or grow on it, anything else is perfect.
