Lets start with the linework, which has more of a hand drawn feel to it. This isn't a bad thing at all, given if the picture had received a bit more care. For instance her front hooves. You can see, even from the thumbnail that the linework hasn't received the polish it should have needed to make the lines flow nicely into eachother. I would recommend to draw your next picture in a higher resolution, and size it down to a more usable size, this hides some of the flaws you see here. Also try and put a bit more care in smoothing out those edges.
There is not much to say for the coloring, except that there aren't many flaws. The only thing that caught my eye was the gradient on her right (for us) mane curl. The lighter part seeps into the other section. I'm nit picking here, but try and keep an eye on that.
You sure know how to choose your perspectives, front shot, eating and sitting. These are the most annoying things to draw when it comes to ponies. I can't say anything else then that you did a fine job at them.
A few technical things I would like to mention. The mane doesn't end behind the horn as per show. Her right (us) mane curl should have ended higher. And the right (us) eye has an indentation on top of it.
Keep in mind most of these are cosmetic errors, technically the pic is good, in general it's great. Keep working on those small details, and your next pic will be even better.

But this pic isn't a Vector! It's completly handdrawn and it was my intention that you can see sometimes the singe strokes of the brush. Just the plate and the glas basics are vectors.
