This is beautiful - it really is. The colors, the shapes in the staff, orb, horns, and clothes, the glowing spiderweb-strands of light...

I'm curious: what does she do with the light she weaves?

Thank you Actually I designed this character with the intention of it being male, but gender is a very minor point in such characters like this, I guess.

He/she/it weaves the threads into different shaped orbs that are used to light up the forest at night.

Whoops - my bad. I looked at the shape of the clothing more than the shape of the body when I assumed gender. Just because the culture I grew up in dictates flowy fabric = female doesn't mean that the same can be said of this fellow's culture.

A lantern-maker/lighter? Sounds like this would be a gorgeous forest, even at night.

Nah, it's fine - I had no set gender in mind when I drew this creature, kind of just left it up to people to decide. XD
