Meet Sibon (sigh-bon), Pitch's Grandfather on his Dad's side. Sibon is a crazy but brilliant wizard who spends most of his time working on projects that often go forgotten. He is Pitch's Great Grandfather's Head Wizard, that's how he met the love of his life: Ebony Black, daughter of Charcoal Black, Sibon's boss. He was quite a bit older than Ebony when they first met, which was what encouraged him to make Life Elixirs to keep himself looking young to impress the Princess all the while lengthening his age. She herself was only 15 years of age when they first met, that however didn't stop the mad sorcerer from falling head over heels for her... literally; he tripped over his own robes and fell flat on his face which made the young Princess giggle, a sound that made his heart skip a beat. Usually he despises physical contact as it makes his skin crawl and just makes him feel uncomfortable in general, even something as simple as a handshake makes him shiver, however he will allow physical contact with Ebony and his family only. He much prefers clothes that are several sizes too big for him, even if they do slip off his shoulders from time to time, and he wears as little of them as possible as he suffers from hot flushes and will often start gasping and sweating even when in the mildest of warm environments. His hair hasn't been combed or cut since he was 10 years old and has just been left to grow wild and curly. He is extremely clumsy and tends to not care much about safety precautions when conducting experiments in his lab. This results in explosions and damage to his lab and to himself. He doesn't seem to care much about himself though as he just brushes off the latest failed experiment and continues on with another. Strangely enough, through all the horrible failures he has succeeded greatly with the more advanced spells and potions that none of Charcoal's other wizards could even dream about attempting. His work has prevented him from eating and getting the well deserved rest he needed in the past and sometimes still does, but those days are quite rare now thanks to Ebony. She seems to be the only person who can talk him into doing anything she wants. Becoming King through marriage was rather strange for him as he hardly ever got any attention because of how people saw him as a 'lonely old loon'. That soon changed though once he became King, compliments and praises were flying in from everywhere from how well he managed the country. He and his wife were happy to hand the throne down to their first born, Coal, once he married Eleanor who rules beside him as his Queen.
