A photomanipulation landscape assignment for class. At least it was supposed to be a photomanip, but I ended up drawing most of it. And it was supposed to be a landscape, but ended up not being the focus Oh well, my teacher really liked it, so it's all good I guess.

It's an illustration for a poem I read a couple years back, that still chills me to the bone. It's called "I Love my Love" by Helen Adams [link] It's about a man who falls in love with a woman, but starts resenting being tied to her, and strangles her. Then her hair starts growing out of the grave and smothers him, stripping him of all his flesh until there was nothing but bone left.
