The water starter, Oshawott! You can probably tell by the drawing, but It's my least favorite of the new starters (and a strong contender for least favourite of all starters, together with treecko)... It just looks like two balls with ears and a clown nose... come on game freak, you can do better! = (That's It for today! I'll come back tomorrow with gijinkas of pokΓ©mon that (should) soar the skies: Normal/Flying PokΓ©mon Day!

I am surprised that you portrayed him that way. From a review I read, he's supposed to be the cute starter (which was better portrayed in many other non-official artwork), but it didn't work out on non-Easterners, I guess.

I never thought the water type starter was that sightly either. But it's slightly less absurd than the grass one. Maybe I need to see the grass type in action for it to grow on me.
But this guy's kind of funny looking, and I like the fact that he has human ears. It would be funny to see him try to score with floatzel XD

Lol... this water starter is really lame, but people seem to have grown fond of It... I still find It too ridiculous... I mean, there's nothing wrong with ridiculous pokΓ©mon, but the starters are your partners from the very beginning, they're supposed to be cool, not a reason to joke by other trainers!
This one joins Magikarp, Remoraid and Feebas in the not-serious-aquatic-pokΓ©mon-gijinka-circle!
