This one made me laugh! I think it's the beak-nose that does it. That's one thing that makes your drawings better than the Pokemon anime; all the noses are the same in that show.
Tentacruel appears to be a very stingyfisherman. I like how you made its plume into a hat. And he's got tentacle-dreads like lileep.
Also, awww at the little caterpie lure. It's always better with caterpies.

Yeah! Caterpie > Nincada > Weedle > Wurmple!
And it makes so much time I don't see the show! When I watched this I actually couldn't play pokΓ©mon, because didn't had a Gameboy! XD

I didn't either when I first watched. Now, I have an Advance and a Duo-Screen, but I find a little trouble catching the show...

The DS is the first handheld I ever had, though I've played all the gameboys from other people! That's how I played the first Red and Silver versions!

He's pissed off, and Tentacruels do possess that demeanor.
They also are capable of catching things with their 80 tentacles, so the fact that he's a fisherman compliments that fact.

Well, the Silver (original, not SoulSilver) Pokedex entry states that it has 80 tentacles (I guess most of them are within the Pokemon, as it is based off of a medusa, which is one part of the Cnidaria family).
Of course, some of those entries are pretty odd, but I like reading 'em.
