Alphamon was the original leader, but gave his position to Omnimon and left. Apparently Alphamon only returns in times of great need. So, he's not an ACTIVE member of the Royal Knights (hence why he's not pictured here I assume).

Well technically they are good guys, they're only doing antagonistic stuff because Yggdrasil told them to, if I should be mad at anyone it would be Yggdrasil, because for someone who controls a bunch of peacekeepers he sure does act like an asshole, but that's usually because he's under someone else's control

That only applied to Gallantmon/Dukemon in Tamers and only Tamers, every other appearance Dukemon had had him Digivolve from Wargrowlmon or some other Digimon without the need to be fused with a human tamer.
