Mannez is from the same Clan as Wolkai and Toukai and from the same lineage (Being a member of the canine line) but he's not related to Wolkai (At least by a century)

Like Wolkai he was raised basically as a pet, but where as Wolkai grew up from a peaceful tribe Mannez grew up with a biker gang. Mannez is extreamly dumb, Dumber than Wolkai is, but he's a natural born leader making his own gang with Felix the Rat and Dash the Bear (Both Prismus clan members). He met Wolkai in the forest while looking for other Prismus members to join his gang and was shocked when Wolkai kissed him (Wolkai following Max around saw Max and Jess kiss every time they said hi so Wolkai thought that's how you say hi) Instead of being mean like his gang is he took a liking to the dumb pup and asked if Wolkai wanted to join his gang with the condition Wolkai does everything he says, Wolkai agreed.

Mannez has most of his marks but he's missing a huge chunk. His marks are fueled by control giving him neutral charisma, persuasion, and intimidation skills.

If anyone ever calls him master the person that said it gets marked and Mannez can control them depending on how much they trust him (Both Felix and Dash are under his complete due to Mannez saving their lives) The biggest way to piss him off is to question something he says or to make him look weak. Naturally he hates Teper and Max and has some issues with Rai when he's out, but Wolkai's naive, nice (And extremely submissive) Personality makes Mannez play nice, for a while.
