Payment is definitely easiest online, but I've done cash transactions through mail before and that's been fine. Not everyone is comfortable with it of course, so I understand if that's the case for you. ^^

If you want to buy one, I would recommend Paypal, but you need a debit/credit card. Otherwise I take mail payments if you're comfortable with that.
