Here is Lightning Surf again. About to do... well something cool.
Due to the highly impressionable nature of the paper I drew him on Surf recieved some scaring thats not supposed to be there as you can tell. It gave me an idea, he'll recieve his battle scars eventually. Anyway the main point of this was to introduce the other color scheme I was pondering earlier with the dark blue and yellow. Unfortunatly it reminds me of Cyclops from X-men so I'll either have to make the blue darker or sitck with the black. The fur color was kind of an accident. Enjoy!

Oh hey, sorry to bother you again. I forgot to ask you this question yesterday: what's his powers? ^_^o
Does he actually surf on a lightning bolt? Or does he generate a surfboard made from energy, and zips around like the Silver Surfer?
And also, if he's an energy user, what's the color of th energy? Blue or yellow?

Hes kind of a guardian and explorer of the sea. I'm still fuzzy on his full story cause it keeps changing in my head.

Your character reminds me of "Man from Atlantis" because of the explorer element.
