I love how you didn't do a "sexy version" of this dress and kept it screen accurate. The fabric is perfect, the drape of it is fantastic. Overall a wonderful rendition of a very pretty outfit

This is wonderfully done. Also, it's possibly the best made Leia outfit that I have seen outside of Episode IV itself! That shows excellent skill! Very awesome!

Leia is one of those unfortunate costumes that too many people did badly.
This is an exception. Right flow, right fabric, good belt.

Thank you very much! There are still a few things I'd like to change about it (the belt was really loose and I need to add some tiny gathers/smocking on the dress under the belt so it fits a bit better - and so it's accurate to the movie costume). It was very helpful having so many resources on the web available for the costume though.

BTW, in the movie Carrie Fisher had the same problems you have with the belt.
In the garbage compactor scene [link] at one point, while moving the long pipe to stop the walls she had the belt slipped down almost knee level
