Noel is especially lovable and friendly from the start. He has no intention of making any enemies and wouldn't dare to treat another poorly. Because of his upbringing, he is especially respectful for the elders and well behaved for the most time. He's just a real sweet heart. However, his personality can drastically change right on cue when he begins to act as another character. It could be quite surprising how well he could mimic the requested characters.
Although Noel is a gentle and sweet person, his interests are… different from most. Himself being a fudanshi, he enjoys the daily dose of Hardcore Porn of all kind. On top of that, he loves all of the horrible movies. Let it be Gorey or Scary, he loves them. One would think that there's something wrong with such sweet guy. Yes, he can be very creepy.
Because he grew up worry free and fortunate life, he's quite ignorant of any sort of suffering or depression people go through. He doesn't understand what it means to be shunned or bullied, which he might react pretty ignorantly. Whenever someone comes to him for comfort, he will do his best to make the other feel better, but he'll avoid talking. He is afraid of offending people and doesn't want to deal with someone lashing out at him.

Background:

Born and raised in the Sendai city, Miyagi prefecture, Noel grew up happily in the clan well known throughout Japan. Obviously, his last name being different from the clan name, he wasn't chosen to be the successor of the family. This didn't bother Noel at all. Actually, he was more relieved than anything since he wasn't burdened with the whole clan's expectations and pressure. However, he was still part of the great family, and he was expected to act as so.

Noel had many friends, and was pretty popular among his classmates. It had nothing to do with his family. It was actually his talent of mimicking variety of Anime character's voice. Especially the characters from Doraemon, which he watched religiously every weekend. His favorite past time had become watching TV, and voicing different characters from the shows he watched. As he grew up, he enjoyed entertaining his family and friends with his little skits using many voices he can do. He loved acting, and participated in many school plays, his favorite and most successful role being his own famous Ancestor.

After graduating high school, Noel decided that he wanted to pursue his dream of becoming a voice actor. He enrolled in Tokyo School of Anime. (no shit this place actually exists, google it.) The first gig he got as a voice actor was a part in a BL game, which he played a role as the protagonist named 'Noel'. Many girls who played this game swooned over the character's voice, and started to call Noel by the character's name. That didn't bother him at all, and he happily accepted the nickname since he actually enjoyed the part. This was the introduction to the world of Fujyoshi for Noel, and he was happy to take part in the activity as a Fudanshi.

In one of the online community Noel was in, held a meet-up in Doki Doki Honey. Noel enjoyed his stay at the cafe, especially since the waiters played along with his flirty acts and putting on a little show for his fujoshi friends. His friends suggested he started to work there and serve them from now on, and he agreed. Now he works two jobs, a Waiter at Doki Doki Honey and voice acting for commercials and narrative shorts.

Extra:
- Noel will ask the client who their favorite male/mascot characters are, and will voice them while he serves his clients.
- He attends as many comikets and offline meet-ups as he can. He's quite popular among his online communities.
- He has a full armor and props, handmade costume of Date Masamune from Sengoku Basara.
- He will scream "ARE YOU READY GUYS!? PUT YOUR GUNS ON!" before he starts his shift. To get himself fired up. He does it rather perfectly.
