Hiro is quite the happy and bright individual. Outgoing and friendly towards most people, he'll most likely get along with anyone who gives him a chance. He likes to be independent and would rather take care of himself, and all of his problems instead of asking others for help. He can be seen as paranoid since he does worry a lot about what others think of him, especially if they're attractive. When it comes down to it though, he won't be afraid to speak his mind. Especially when he defends himself and others. He is also a closet masochist and he hates that about himself, since he thinks everyone will judge him for being one.

• Background:
When a young Japanese girl and an American boy from a military family got irresponsible in bed, Hiro was born nine months later. Unable to take care of the little baby Hiro, his mother immediately put the infant up for adoption. Hiro spent most of his childhood going from one foster home to another, never really able to make close friends in each of the homes. That is until he was adopted by a successful cosmetics company owner, who was unable to have a child of her own.

Hiro was welcomed by a single mother and an older brother. His new family treated him well. Making sure that Hiro was getting a good education, eating well, and sleeping fine as well as beating the shit out of anyone who dared to bully him in school. It's easy to say that Hiro was well off in this household.

However as Hiro grew older, there was a problem. His older brother had become rebellious, he began to disappear from the house and dropped out of school. This had caused the whole company to shift their attention to Hiro, expecting the more responsible and obedient child to take over the company when his mother retires. Of course that's something he didn't want to do, and his mother knew that as well. She made sure that Hiro was able to pursue his goal of becoming a vet, supporting him in any way she can. Needless to say, Hiro was able to enroll in one of the prestigious college in Japan to further his education.

Hiro decided to move out of the house to be independent, no longer wanting to make his mother worry about him. To pay for his rent and living expenses, he began to work as a petsitter and a dog trainer. Working hard to make his own money for himself. He met Ryou when he was out for a walk with his dog. He soon found out about the Cafe after he started to work for Ryou.

- He's not very confident about his appearance since his older brother's the "Sexy" one. He was surprised when Hansel asked him to work at the Cafe. It's a good thing Hiro didn't take Hansel's offer, it would have been a disaster since he really sucks at flirting.

- btw, please don't flirt with Hiro. He'll have a mini panic attack. There's nothing moe about his panic attack either, he doesn't blush n' shit it's really not cute. o_o
