One of the Endbringers from Wildbow's epic story Worm - parahumans.wordpress.com/The pointy thingies at the bottom and the circle around her are supposed to represent the "halo" of weapons she's got but I can't draw mechanical things to save my life.

I said weakest looking though thats something levi despite possibly having the greatest range and potential most mass damage potential is the weakest.

I think that's because Levi is the only one with a Power that can be countered.
All the others endbringers have power over energy, mind, space-time, copy powers and range underearth.
