Hi! long time no see everyone.
I have been extremely busy since graduated. Being a grown up is so hard. I miss dA and drawing soooo much.T_T
This piece is nothing special. I just wanted to draw wings but 1 pair is not enough, so, here's a random seraph. lol

"Seraph" is a beautiful piece of artwork by RedPear, featuring intricate details, an excellent use of light and shadow, mastery over the female anatomy, and a very intimate feeling sense of "peering into a moment of another world." I particularly admire the incredible details within the seraph's clothing and, as little as there may be, the artist clearly put an enormous effort in creating a design both eye-catching an complimentary to the figure. It proves this artist understands how to make the most of a small area in which they can work with, as well as designing an outfit suitable for the character of focus. There is a sense of delicateness in the outfit, which balances perfectly with the graceful feathered wings. I very much love feathered wings and these ones have been painted very beautifully, though I wish a little more detail could have been added to them to further enhance their realism. The character herself is drawn very well, appears natural, and is equal parts serene and powerful. The glowing eyes is a wonderful addition and helps round out the complete design of her character, but creates a contrast with the shadows clocking her upper body, as well as matching the light cast upon her wings.
Seraph is a great piece of artwork with awesome details and a clear amount of effort, imagination, and character design. One improvement I can suggest would be a more dynamic pose that utilizes her wings, perhaps in flight? Well done.

The anatomy and proportions are well designed and accurate, the expression is serene, contrasting with the power suggested by the three pairs of wings which adds a nice aesthetic. The expression, position and background (though faint) adds story and character to the piece and the detail in the wings is extremely well done, I especially love the highlights. All wings, character and detail with light and color adds a fantastical/otherworld type of feel, a wonderful portrayal.
Overall - A beautiful and well done piece. You should be proud!

I really like the angle and light in her hair, as well as the shadows. My only concern is that her hand looks a little flat, like the shadow is too dark.
Love the details in the metal and overall really nice piece.
