Another original character for Upotte!! The Russian SV-98.I don't think there are any real sniper rifles in Upotte!!, apart from the Dragunov SVD in the manga of course. That was enough reason for me to introduce a character based on a bolt-action.
Upotte!! is a good show for any gun enthusiast out there. The manga and anime are easily found when looking on google.
The SV-98, or Snaiperskaya Vintovka Model 1998 as it is called fully, is a Russian sniper rifle chambered for the 7.62x54 mmR cartridge. This gives the SV-98 an effective range up to 1000 meters. It is a relatively new sniper, finding its origin in 1998 by the all-known Russian manufacturer: Izmash.

Maybe you'll deem me a crazy guy,
but my main interest about the longest guns merely is
because these would be easier for bend them up.
