It's a Warhammer thing! There's two factions fighting in the comic - Chaos and the Orks. Chaos is made up of insane religious fanatics who worship evil gods, while the Orks literally exist only to fight - it's their greatest and only joy in life. So while Chaos thinks they're enlightened and the Orks are brutish idiots, the Orks are simply out to have fun.

Thanks! I remember listening to an audiobook once that had Kharn in it, and he had a Russian accent - that's why I decided to run with the Cyrillic-ish letters.
