you can get them pretty much anywhere, and thye aren't that expensive.
5.00 to 6.00$ at wal*mart.
they come usually in packs of six if you just buy the black (i ahve a tendancy to lose my pens) but they come in an array of colors as well.
and no, it doesn't really take -that- steady of a hand, though it is a little tiem consuming. (i like thick lines)
so i usually go over my lines several times, thickening and darkening them to flow as i wish.
