Yes, in my last deviation I said that Pinsir and Scyther should be treated equally, but Pinsir's getting a pre-evolved form too. Plus, I'm pretty sure this is one of J.T.'s favorite Pokemon (right?).-Twizor-
Species: Mantis Pokemon
Height: 2'4''
Weight: 45 lb.
Type: Bug/Flying
Evolves Into: Scyther (sufficient happiness)
Description: Twizor is a determined hunter. It will often attack prey much larger than itself, and it will not give up until it faints.
Twizor would be found in the wild, and could also be obatined by breeding a Scyther that is holding the Shadow Inscense.

They do! Although those aren't really wings, more the equivalent of a mantis' claws.

Awww...! Pre-evolved Syther, how cute! (And, yes, Scyther is one of my favorite Pokemon).
Scyther/Scizor should have to hold Blade (or Mantis) Insence to lay an egg for one of these to hatch.
For your next pre-evolution, you need to make a pre-evolved bug that will evolve into either Pinsir or Heracross depending on what time of day it is.
...also you need to make an evolution for Jynx. It's not fair that she got left out in the cold (no pun intended).

Yes to a pre-evolution for Pinsir, not sure about the Heracross thing, though. It's actually quite an interesting idea, but I already have the name & drawing for Pinsir's pre-evolved form down, and it's not Heracross-y at all (but very Pinsir-y). Plus, I need to maintain the Pinsir/Scyther balance!
I've already got an evolution for Jynx drawn, too. I just need to scan, ink, color, and shade it (along with about a half dozen others sketches).
