As promised, the pre-evolved form of Pinsir.-Pinchworm-
Species: Grub Pokemon
Height: 1'0''
Weight: 6.5 lb.
Type: Bug
Evolves Into: Pinsir (sufficient happiness)
Description: It burrows into trees, and drinks the sap from inside until the trees wither away.
Pinchworm would be found in the wild, and could also be obatined by breeding a Pinsir that is holding the Cloud Inscense.

I still think you should have done a pre-evo that could have become Pinsir or Heracross. I told you already, those two look a startling amount alike.

I know, but I'm working on a listed Pokedex (which, like the Sinnoh Dex, includes both new and old ones). I've just gotten it down to an even 121, with 58 new ones (rounding out the total number in the National Dex to 551). I've still got 19 blank spaces that need to be filled by new Pokemon, so including a Pokemon that evolved depending on time of day sounds interestin'. No room for Heracross, though.

That's cool...except you need to have a minum of at least 100 new guys...sorry. 
Also, 121 is not an even number... and it's also a little too small for a Pokedex.
By the way, have you been thinking about trying to make a map of the Ogawa region?

Just because it hasn't been done before doesn't mean it's against the rules.
And by "even", I meant that it's less random (493 is a stupid number). There's only "officially" [unofficially] 120, with one being the obligatory "extra" one. And my Pokedex is balanced.
