yeah, I figured this pose suited Dark Samus' iteration from Prime 2 a bit more seeing as she still had a somewhat primitive feel despite her intelligence, if it were Prime 3 where she was a bit more biologically developed and organized with her destruction then I would've given her a more imposing look to her pose...

Yeah, that's what I thought too 
Her P2 iteration is all about being a creepy, monstrous stalker. She isn't all about power til 3, hence the difference in designs and behavior. I think that much is clear if you play the games haha
