HERE you can find the layer-friendly version with an editable silhouette and the ability to draw under the labels.

Questing Sheet, to be filled out just before embarking on a quest. On the silhouette, it is preferred that you draw your character's current equipment. You do not need to color the silhouette like the character, but you can make minor modifications to it if you wish. Please do not completely redraw the whole thing. The sheet itself contains information that likely will not change during the course of one quest. In the description, you should write information that may be useful, such as the following:

CURRENT SKILLS

CURRENT WOUNDS

ITEM stats, descriptions, bonuses, etc.

Items gained while on questing, and the respective changes to encumbrance

CURRENT temporary ailments, penalties, bonuses

ABILITIES and permanent buffs/penalties

Current Quest (optional)

Current Location (optional)

Current Party Members (optional)

INVENTORY not brought on quest (optional place for it, if it's not here you should have an inventory somewhere else)
