Description I was watching a clip of Kylo Ren and Finn fighting (from a trailer) and paused
it in a frame where Kylo's face was half hidden with his right arm.
He switched his one-handed grip to two-handed during his twirl.
Poor Finn looked so alarmed. Kylo though, he probably made his
wound worse with a move like that.

This was intended to be a sketch but I liked how Kylo's expression turned out

Corel Painter, using oil pastels again with some Photoshopping.

You did so well with the lighting, and I like the perspective. I can see the fury in Kylo's face.

Finn was so badass in this fight, even though Kylo Ren nearly killed him. A few more inches and he could have DX

Wonderful painting!!  Wow! And that move would aggravate a wound, but it may be one of those things where he won't feel it till later. 

  Yes!  Whoever trained these guys, their fencing looked really good (well, Kylo's fencing - Rey was pretty much into the basic hack-n-slash in her fury).  I'm waiting for the DVD so I can watch the fight scenes a few more times, but some of the moves reminded me of the sword forms you can see in Akira Kurosawa's Yojimbo and the Samurai Trilogy.

I agree.  And poor Finn is standing there going "OK, I hold this thing out and do what?"  The Force was definitely with Finn since Kylo wasn't able to cut him in two.  (In cases like this, the pilot's rule holds true: "any landing you can walk away from is a good landing").

This maneuver is pretty insane when you see a GIF of it, and I have actually *tried it* and it is going to take sooooooo much practice to work up to that point and I may never get there. It is really breathtaking onscreen and you captured it so well!

I had reference from a video in YouTube where Ray Park spins with a crossguard saber (In the clip you can't see Kylo's feet.)
Actually, in the end of his spin Kylo seems to practically fly at Finn – I wonder if such a stunt is even possible in real life.

That part, probably not. It would require getting a lot of momentum when you push off. And not losing your balance. Can you show me that clip? That would be very cool.

So cool! He must have had THE biggest version of that saber possible. I own a version of it that's more scaled-down, and even though I'm not any good at it, it is SO fun to mess around with!

It's not easy for me either, I fix and fix and then fix some more.
I made a couple of versions of Kylo's feet and robes, and drew his
right hand many times because the angle is quite difficult.
