I recently discovered a graphic novel series called Corto Maltese by Hugo Pratt. One of the characters is a pirate/assassin named Rasputin. Despite his physical appearance and some character traits, this Rasputin is indeed not the historical figure.Corto Maltese (c) Hugo Pratt

In the film Corto Maltese in Siberia, he claims the trench coat was a gift.
And yes, there are a few Corto Maltese films on Youtube. However they're in French with English subtitles. Still looking for the English dubs, though.
