Haha!  First time I've ever seen Papa Smurf actually nervous about something!  SO CUTE Rina! And like you said in your previous comic ....they can still be gay! Very well done for some doodles on folder paper and I can't wait to see more!

So, I'm in denial but I guess I might rent it on Google vids...  Just to get the suspense over with...

They made a Smurfs movie to cater to modern political correctness and balance out the quite odd gender ratio in the Smurfs...?  Explained by magic, G-rating, impossible to have writers do romantic dynamics for 100 characters...
Really, in my RL I noticed some ladies loving the nickname "Smurfette" - usually ones that went into areas (like the military) with lots of men and few women.  Got to have all the varied sex they wanted when they wanted and were treated like a queen - without needing the forceful personality of the predecessor stereotype "Queen Bee".


Anything to the movie - for a person who watched all the episodes up to season 6 at least 4 times - that might be appealing or just more "Lalalalala..." product to cater to market?


Then again I made a good character after a fit of rage seeing the horrible "Solomon Kane" movie.  And planning a literary tribute to "The Smurfs" later (similar but not lawsuit close) in one of his stories so maybe I need to see it for the rage.
