Holy bonkers this image is bright. I think my eyes are a bit frazzled after working on this in a dark room; at least my laptop doesn't have a killer contrast ratio. And I toned down the bloom a bunch too.Been a while since my last Touhou piece. I think I have determined to draw Reisen in progressive states of undress. The amount of clothes she is wearing shall be inversely proportional to my skill level.
Methinks it's better than the last, all things considered
