in android u can deep customization, flash any rom downgrade or upgrade whatever rom(firmware) u like, and u can face more different(on xda) ui(user interface) every rom. in ios have limit if u face one firmware then the firmware cant jailbreak, is mean u must wait jailbreak tool release i cant downgrade to one firmware have jailbreak, but if jailbreak already release to your firmware, boom u never wrong to choose ios. absolutely quality is best price.

i think for now, i more interest to ios

Ok thanks if you jailbreak your ios then there is the app called cidia or cydia and there is also the tweak winterboard isnt it? Or what do you use for theming the complete phone?
