If you really dig into any GW lore, you'll find that most of it is pretty silly.
Apparently it's purposeful genetic tinkering which resulted in glowy eyes. Also, artist confirmed visionary and not a "discard everything I do what I want" -Type.
Feet confirmed for hooves with sciencey shoes on. (Just as I kinda said, tech gimmicks!)
