There are a lot of April O'Neil pics but this one is presented at a different angle that others I've seen. Usually its the same side angle from the cartoon or straight on with no depth.
The details in her face convey the torment of it for her. You can believe that, what ever her captor wants, she'll give in soon.
The details of her feet are good. Often they are drawn with out detail or too wrinkled. Yours look like human feet. and it looks like the feather is touching to get the best response. The best April tickle torture pic I've seen. Well done.

I think men are more common tickle targets in cartoons because the classic image is that they are supposed to be tougher, (True or not they was the image) and so it was more ironic to see them broken by the simple touch of a feather.
Women today are portrayed as just as tough (True in some cases.) but can't be shown as having any weakness. so are still not usually subjects of tickle torture.
