Well, something to do with dissection is going to be his cutie mark XD. A Scalpal is to obvious and has probably been used before. I am still trying to figure out his design XD

Ah. I see. You could make it a Shinigami smoke skull, I don't think anyone used that before. Or you could make it his chair...although he always manages to fall in it...just some ideas. I hope i helped ^^
