Thanks for your honesty! My idea of the end was that the apple actually dies at the spot where the bird dropped him and out of his seeds grewΒ a new apple tree. In the background of the last image you can still see the tree from which the apple came.

True. But an apple finally molders anyway. Regardless of wether it falls down from a great high or just put gently somewhere. It just takes more time if it's not dropped, as I know from my daily experience of eating apples
