Description People talked about the strange blue trees and stealthy animals, about the yellow sands creeping into every corner, but the most remarkable feature of the faraway country was without a doubt it's wonderful sky.

Yeah, so, it's not a direct fanart piece but the guy does look an awful lot like a Mandalorian, doesn't he

I love the primaries and how you wove them together to create the landscape.

Was a little tricky to not make it look eye-watering, but I'm happy with it now. I like the tree shapes especially, maybe I'll pick thoe up in another piece.

Magnificent! Β

Forgive me, but I have a bad feeling about those rocks in the background. Β They look like teeth. Β

They do, don't they... and the locals have been reporting these weird sounds, like breathing, but underground... and that can't be, can it?
Thank you!

Thanks!
Yes, I got one too. I assumed from the style of the message it wouldn't be legitimate; an outgoing link instead of a native page, very brief, no explanation from the staff, and it's not April 1st either. One could probably ask the mods though.

Me too! It was a surprise result from the textures I used as a base. First I thought, how garish, but then I just went with it

A little bit at least I loved the series; with its nods to the Western genre, and my next Star Wars RPG character will have an arsenal like that for sure! (and a Lothcat.)

Now that you say it, I guess it does look a little like Australia. The red soil in parts of Australia and Africa are amazing. Hah, there we have the ground colour for my next piece already!
(And aren't Mandalorians the Star Wars equivalent of the roving knight with bits of ronin thrown in after the Purge? And a spoonful of Wild West of course.) Remember that war clan guy from KotOR 2?

No, I never left Europe. I'm a bit too sensitive (and too poor ) to travel to all the places I would love to see, but I love me a good documentary. Like being told adventure stories - you get so much excitement without the danger and dirt
Really, he was in part 1 already? It was so long ago. Nah, I went all out light side, I was so bright my enemies would go blind from sheer goodness. Did you ever play The Old Republic online? I hear it's good, but I have issues with online gaming.

I hear ya on overrun with tourists - my city is so lovely in summer and everyone knows it, and has a famous winter market as well. One of the practical things about being a freelancer is you can travel whenever you want, including outside the season.
Online gaming has the issue that I a) love FPS shooters but I'm not good enough for competing on a sporty level, and b) I also love building my own game and don't like having others potentially trample over what I built - I heard in Skyrim Online people could destroy your house? What do you mean item grind, too much too collect?

Ah, that's item grinding; I agree, the Diablo curse of wanting a good gem to stick onto some other thing and so on. I am a bit of a hoarder though... (that dark day I lost my Daedric axe in some Daedra temple - my best weapon: down the stairs, into the portal, and it was GONE )
I liked the gameplay (the grim stories to a lesser degree) of the Far Cry series, I love Deus Ex, the last Doom was plain awesome, and Halo just came out for PC. I never heard of Secret World, but puzzles are great, thanks!
