This is lovely. The way it's light in the centre and gets darker as it goes out towards the edges. I also like the way nothing is quite straight, it adds a bit of grit to the image and naturalness too. It creates much more of a 'moment' that a perfectly composed image would have done.

The contrast you've got here is lovely. His sweater pops, and I love the light on the palm of his hand.
It is a shame the foot's cut off, and I wonder how it'd look with the tree closer to horizontal than it already is.
But it's a fantastic shot.

Lovely positioning, although it's a small shame that the foot is a bit chopped off. I guess the framing could have been better, in that sense.

Nevertheless, I like how the monochromatic aspect makes this piece more profound in impact and such. The lighting is pretty cool... a bit of blurring wouldn't hurt (with the background) to soften the contrast a bit more, but the piece is great, overall.

I know what you mean, There were several different pics that I got that did have the full body in but not the emotion that is obvious with this piece. and yes i could do with blurring it a little and I think maybe i need to tone down the contrast now looking again at it.
