I gave Valentina a few color differences, theorizing if Valentine had been dealt a different hand genetically, he may not have been quite as pigment-challenged. XP Also she has a slighter build, more tapered forehead, and a slightly silkier coat. She probably would've also had the good sense to avoid getting the scars that her male version did.

She'd be the same understated sociopath, but would use her womanly wiles to her advantage. XD
