Well this may seem a bit late technically it's still the 31st here
. I'm just glad my buddy Clara got in ^_^ . Anywhoo whether it's entered in the contest or not here's my submission. For those that don't know, I did NOT draw this. I just colored it. The line art was made by the great .

Yeah it was a contest Darkspeeds did several years back. He did the line work then had a contest for different artists to color it. This was my submission. There are others who've colored this pic as well and it's cool to see how different they approached it.

Actually Darkspeeds did the line work, I just colored it. It was actually a really fun competition. Seeing so many coloring styles and takes on the work was inspiring.

aha no wonder the linearts was diffrent i was seeing the lineart and said that the drawing style isnt like my sis xp so no wonder iam so silly sometimes xp sorry

You'd have to ask Darkspeeds that. He's the one that inked it. The contest was just for random artists to color it.

I love how you did the sky too, how you blend the desert sky into the night sky ^_^. I was thinking of that... but then I would have to change some of the lighting.
The desert ground ^_^ how wonderful. Texture/coloured in very well, very realist.

Superb effort Rally-the-Cheetah, truly superb is the word to define the lengths of your colouring works. 
Awesome colour coordination all throughout! The use of strong colours are well presented at front (i.e. Sonic & gang) whilst slightly weaker colours on the back (i.e. Babylon Rouges) give an impact on your intentions to create a majestic and colourful atmosphere.
Keep up the sensational stuff Rally-the-Cheetah, I wish you and your best friend all the very best on the competition!!

Thank you very much! I must say I had real fun coloring it. It gave me the chance to improve my coloring skills. I already said it in my note but it bears repeating, good luck with the contest! I'm sure it'll turn out great!
