Description
My Axis Powers Hetalia OC, Puerto Rico. I decided that she's a she because Puerto Rico "Preciosa"(which translates to beautiful female) other than it's usual nickname "La Isla del Encanto" (The Island of the Enchantment) She was raised by Spain and is good friends with Cuba. She has a bitter sweet relationship with America, but usually gets along with him.She's nice yet feisty, procrastinates alot, loves dancing and music (especially salsa and merengue). Her favorite meal is a plate of white rice, red beans and fried chicken at lunch. To her, any excuse is a good excuse for a party.
While talking, she will use her hands and lots of body language to express what she's saying. She's not afraid of eating and when I say eating, I mean eating well.

And name, I mean as in America's human name is Alfred and Russia's human name is Ivan. Kinda like that. I think I ended up calling her Isabela after one of the towns.
