FINALLY DONE WITH THIS omfguh... I worked waaaay too hard for just a simple request... x_oHahaha, now you know why I never draw anthro! My anthro always come out looking so weird... although this is the first one I have actually worked to completion...uh.. well... horray.
The description that the requestee gave me was that this character was supposed to have a hat, too, but I didn't feel like drawing it. So I didn't. TAKE THAT!! Also, for all the things that weren't clearly defined in the description, I made up. So it probably only barely looks like what he had in mind, but oh well! I'm not doing it again, so nyah!

Actually, if you absolutely must know, the hat is as stated rarely sported, it was later added as a comic effect, but if your still curious this is ripped from the actual discription of the character;
Nestled upon his head and between his horns is a dark blue wizard's hat. The brim stretching out 360 degrees from the wide base of the cone which erects upwards. The last few inches of the hat are bent backwards slightly. At the base of the cone an inch off of the bottom the coloration is black, with gold dyed runes running the rim of the cone's base within the black areas.

Hmmmm, an art trade with you would be very interesting, indeed! I think I would enjoy that! Unfortunately, I'm very busy with art right now and I told myself that I wouldn't accept any more projects until I completed more of what I already have. I think perhaps the disturbing part is not only did you do an UNGODLY good job, but you filled in details I myself wasn't aware were left out O.o;; Have you been picking through my mind! *shakes his talon at you!* Impressed is hardly a word that describes what I think o.O;; We need a new word! Thanks a bunch.
And hat? Who cares! He rarely wears it anyways, it's more decorative than anything, besides had he worn it the hat might have ruined the mood of the picture. Although after imagining the final outcome and seeing it, I am inclined to think it's potential that you could have done it anyways, I wouldn't want you to redo it even if you wanted to! Eeek, you can see the amount of work that was put into it, the details are like... wow, and dude..

oh man, that's the most plausible dragon anthros I've ever seen. And in case I used the word plausible wrong, I shall explain: Most humany dragons I've seen don't look... right. They're all wonky and unbalanced looking and it sends shivers down my spine. But this guy, woah, he's awesome anatomy wise! Looks like a walking, breathing dragonhuman dude.
And man, the detail, oh the detail you put into this! Man he's soooo cool looking ^^. All the little pieces of his outfit make him seem like he's an interesting character that I'd like to learn more about ^^. Nifty. Excelent work on filling in the blanks too - I used to hate doing that, I'd get frustrated and there would be ....holes.... in the character. He'd be as empty as the description.
