It's still hard for me to believe that this is a flat surface.I'd like to thank all those that added this to their favorites, there are just too many to thank personally, know that it much appreciated.

It has to a combination of the type of paint which wasn't holding to surface well (but not peeling) and glancing sunlight. I went back and tried to duplicate this but at a different time of day, it couldn't be done. It's one of things where everything combined at one moment in time to make it possible. Thankfully I have about five others that show the same strange characteristics.
Timing can be everything.
