One great thing about Slavic languages is that they're like linguistic Lego, allowing you to invent words on the spot. Like 'droning' in this case, although in Russian that would only be a very basic example. There are three or four words in Russian referring to either a specific sexual activity or human private parts, from which an entire sub-language has evolved, including verbs, nouns and adjectives, used at various levels of offensiveness and rudeness. It does add some zest to the otherwise quite boring activity of trying to master a foreign language.

Flying a drone (repeatedly or regularly(*))
(*) matters in Slavic languages in order to establish the aspect of the verb, or whether it is being used in a concrete or abstract sense, in the case of verbs of motion(**).
(**) Slavic languages can be pretty non-intuitive to the speaker of a Germanic language

But you still haven't answered my question: are these solar cells, and if so, did you photograph them from a drone (by now I assume that isn't the case)? Or are they mounted vertically?
