In all honesty i went back so many times to try and save her at the gift shop I loved Sarah and saw her as a good and loyal friend who was going though a bad time . R.I.P Sarah enjoy peace with your father.

she is not a liability and i get pissed when people say this cause its like saying all disabled people in an
apocalypse would be a liability.
i drew this because i love sarah and yet people like to disagree with me.
if you didn't like Sarah, fine. Don't like her.
but its not ok to comment on something someone made because they like a character and was SICK to hate on them, and to say more hate.

Wow. I'm surprised I didn't pick up on that! I've got a niece with autism but for some reason I didn't pick it up on Sarah. Man, that gives me a whole new out look on her. I thought it was simply because her father treat her like a child for too long. But yeah I feel like I'd be able to connect with her as I've got chronic anxiety issues too. She's not really a liability in my eyes.. Ben on the other hand..

tbh I kinda liked ben? Like he was kinda annoying yeah, but he wanted to at least try to help.
the part where he bolts off from clem was uncool but he was.. what? 17? or so? and terrified.
Like I'd have probably grabbed clem's arm and dragged her or something, but i'm sure he wasn't thinking and just scared out of

Not attempting to misdiagnose any of your thoughts regarding Sarah's condition. But if I had to say she was something she was most likely Autistic except with the anxiety replaced by ignorance; Carlos didn't exactly help to prepare her in a way that would benefit her for the outside world.

Yeah, I guess. If I were totally honest, I'd probably be 'the Ben' of a group in his situations as I struggle really bad to think things through in stressful or panicked situations. And I'm thinking maybe its this fact that makes me hate him even more, because I can see myself doing that and I'm like ugh I know thats wrong but I know that's probably how Id react too, if that makes sense?
Not to mention him wanting to die made me pity him all so much more but honestly I couldn't excuse him even with all of this. I still couldn't stand him.. If given the option, I would of thrown him off of that train in the heat of my anger (spoiler ahead) after he admitted to giving the bandits supplies and getting Doug/Carley killed. Yet I couldn't bring myself to drop him off of the bell tower, even though I really.. really wanted to. Ugh Ben why are you so confusing. ;-; xD

she is a disabled young girl, her father was terrified of what would happen to her.
She needed help, reassurance, and she DID learn to shoot a gun from clem (if you chose that option).
She may not have been the best fighter but we've had plenty of characters who weren't.
When we first meet clem she as young, scared, and couldn't defend herself!
Sarah needed someone to teach her, and tbh she would have been a great medic.
But instead they killed her off because telltale was ANNOYED with her, which imo is bullshit.

And its stupid that not matter what you do you're left with Kenny, Jane, Clem, and the baby.

1.Cutting Off Lees Arm Didn't Help.
2.Helping Ben On The Bell Tower Didn't Help.
3.The Ben/Carly Choice Never Mattered.
4.Trying To Befriend And Save Sarah Was Straight Up Impossible Thanks To Telltale.
5.Saving Sarah In The Trailer WAS NO USE.

He was terrified to let her see the world cause he KNEW it would destroy her.
mentally ill people do not cope well with things, and he understood that.
So he kept her away from it to help her cope.

you don't seem to understand how being autistic works, and i don't say that as an insult.
Literally, it means seeing change or acknowledging things are bad/wrong with the world can send someone into a complete panic.
To the point they can no longer function. Which is what we saw when she saw her father die.
She was a 15 year old child, who had a mental disorder and NEEDED to be kept inside.
Clem wasn't. She became use to death, and is more mentally stable.
But Sarah needed help. She needed to believe everything was okay to cope.
When people say she's a liability is pisses me off so much because I am a mentally ill, autistic person, so that's basically saying I'm a liability.
Not everyone is going to be Clem and bash a walkers head in, some people are scared, and need help.
But Sarah had so much promise, she could have easily become the team medic.

She doesn't count as a liability but in terms of survival where she needs to be able to function then she's top on Natural Selection's list to pick off. It may sound hurtful or cruel to claim that she's a liability but mental illness (especially one that is as debilitating in some cases such as herself) makes her a least likely candidate to survive and with good reason. This will be a world where we will have to revert back to the way things were before modern medicine was made open to the public and people survived based on gene strength.

and i still admirer her for when she saw the hoard alerted to her, she ran so they would chase her instead.
in the midst of a break down she still thought of her friends and that's extremely noble of her i feel.
if also think if written write, her mental illness could aid clemintine a lot, for being cautious, while clem pushed her to
be more assertive.
i feel like their dynamic would have been really nice.
but what makes me mostly mad is how the writers themselves complained about hating sarah so they wanted to kill her off anyways.
and that's just... rude..

Considering nobody ever gives Clem crap for being pretty much the cause of Omid's and Lee's death this doesn't surprise me; the fanbase and the creations seem to be playing favorites to some extent. The closest we've got was when Bonnie joked about how Clementine could never be responsible for bad because she's "A little girl." And Kenny even called her out on it.

I read the comments of certain members, I would like also to express me concerning this character,I know not bad people who do not love sarah, Itried to make them change opinion, but in theireyes, sarah is that a ball, and for them it is notautist. Sarah is not my character not preferred, butI defended it because the others are maliciouswith respect to it whereas this girl has right needfor assistance and comfort.
