I'm from mexico and I did not think the people of other countries were interested in Aztec mythology!
It's a very original drawing, clear, detailed, marvelous! I just loved the wings design!, and I believe that it if have wings, my teacher taught me in the school that the name of Quetzaltcoat meant βserpent with wingsβ, he was the God of the sun in the Aztec culture.

i like the serpent better than the wings, i usually make feathers when i do wings now but it just makes this one more special i guess.

well theres usually a pretty odd one in the dictionary you read... i'm not thinking of the lions tail or odd bodyparts, but mostly the coloured horn....

yeah he is a nifty one isnt he. kinda hard to get the colours to behave however...... ive also learned that my scanner doesnt believe in the colour purple.

hehe, if you want to know the truth, the colours are tampered with, the wing tips were purple but didnt show up well once it stepped through the scanner..... so this was put through a filter and is much better now. thanx!
