Description
So after a lot of thought I decided my idea for 'Eros & Psyche' as a trailer wouldn't work for my senior thesis project. Instead I'm going back to my first project I started over the summer and expanding on it. See it here if you haven't already [link]Besides the original little girl and cat there will be an older witch as well. She will appear at the beginning and return at the end, but the plot will still be the same. Normally she wears a regular witch hat, but here she's wearing her flying gear for broomstick riding.
Oh, and they've got names now! From left to right: Ginger, Hazel, and Licorice. Ginger is the apprentice witch, Hazel is her mentor, and Licorice is Hazel's familiar.

I understand why you went for this sort of thing instead of the Eros and Psyche trailer idea: much less complicated and easier to understand as a straightforward story. Either way I hope we still see some more Eros and Psyche inspired pictures later on. ^^
I like the designs for these guys. XD The little girl drips of your style. I find it funny I did a similar thing for my senior project that involved a magic lesson gone wrong. It wasn't a full animation, just storyboards (345 storyboards, to be exact), but a similar plot. I can't wait to see this expanded on. Keep it up!

I'll certainly hold on to Eros and Psyche for the future and keep on drawing them. I might even show the colored designs of them I made of them before!

Hehe, yes, the plant is exactly why there are already so many witches named Hazel. It's a grand cartoon tradition!
