The bell tower/steeple of an cool little abandoned church in the ghost town of Cottonwood in Montana USA, located 20 minutes south of the Canadian border.Look how blue the sky is, this photo is totally untouched and unaltered!

I love that place, I go there every time I pass through that part of Montana, I live in Alberta Canada and am about 8 hours from that church!

Well this is in the literal middle of nowhere in Northern Montana, nothing for many miles, not even people, so things tend to get left alone.

A ghost town is a community that has been abandonned by all of it's residents over time, some have a lot ofbuildings in them, some have none left, this one just has the church and the school left in it!

Another thing the epansiveness of the part of the world creates, in a place like the UK you pass a community every few minutes while driving, here you can drve all day long and see noting but trees and deer!
